The Mission
A CECU Liaison Officer is the face and voice of Canning's Employees' Credit Union. He/she is indeed 'my brother's keeper' and will reach out to potential and current members to share the benefits of credit unionism and facilitate their interaction with CECU headquarters.

Responsibilities
A CECU Liaison Officer wears several hats and is free to shape the way he/she carries out their responsibilities as a:
- Sales person so as to reach out to potential members and bring them into the fold
- Encourager of thrift and saving
- Encourage of CECU as a member's main financial preference
- Communicator of CECU services and activities
- Recruiter of persons who can grow and support CECU and credit unionism
- Planner of social activities on location
- Source of up-to-date information on credit unionism
- Testifier for what credit unionism and CECU has done for him/her personally
Skills and Personality
This is not a 'job' but a vocation. The CECU Liaison Officer brings other assets beyond that of knowledge of credit unionism. He/she must be:
